Story telling – 3 mots

Un story telling plein de tendresse aujourd’hui. Comme la photo est composée de 3 éléments, je vais vous demander 3 petits mots cette semaine, n’importe lesquels pourvu qu’il nous racontent un peu ce que cette image vous évoque. Partagez ça avec nous dans les commentaires.

Voilà maintenant la petite histoire de cette photo racontée par son auteur Annette Pehrsson :

I suddenly saw my cat sticking out his little paws from under the bed and I thought it looked really funny,
so I felt I had to portray it somehow. Other than that, I thought it would look interesting with all the limbs
and the whole « divided » feeling of the photo.

It was pretty instant, but I prepared the other limbs (my legs and my boyfriend’s arm) to make it a little more interesting.

When I look at the photo I think about a regular morning where I’m trying to wake up my boyfriend who always sleeps much longer than me. So, in this picture I’m standing next to the bed, looking at the two sleepyheads and wondering what I’m going to do to wake them up. Pretty lame story, hah !

I mostly thought about the lines and limbs and how it sort of looks like a diptych. This is probably one of my favorite photographs I’ve taken so far!

If I could use only one word to describe that picture It would be « family » and I’d choose « Dreaming of me » by Depeche Mode for a song.

Quand j’ai vu mon chat et ses petites pattes dépasser de sous le lit j’ai trouvé cela vraiment drôle visuellement, je me suis donc dit qu’il fallait que je capture ça d’une façon ou d’une autre. Je trouvais aussi intéressant de voir tous ces « membres » qui divisent la photo en trois parties bien distinctes.

C’était une photo prise sur le vif, même si j’ai légèrement préparé les autres membres (ma jambe et le bras de mon petit ami) pour rendre le tout plus intéressant.

Quand je regarde cette photo elle me fait penser à tous ces petits matins du quotidien où j’essaie de réveiller mon petit ami qui dort plus que moi. Dans cette photo je me tiens près du lit et je regarde ces deux gros paresseux et je me demande ce que je vais bien pouvoir faire pour les réveiller. Un peu pourrie comme histoire hein ?

Mais en fait quand j’ai pris cette photo j’ai surtout pensé aux lignes de force et aux membres pour que le tout forme une sorte de diptyque. C’est de loin une de mes photos préférée.

Si je n’avais qu’un mot pour la décrire ce serait « famille » et une chanson : « Dreaming of me » de Depeche Mode.
